This is the best ever book I have read in a very long time. Very well structured and written in a practical manner. Not at all like any other self help book out there. The author takes real life topics and writes very short situations/ circumstances he has gone through and then provides very practical quotes / verses or idioms relating to them, which make you think. The book also contains various paintings of nature etc, which has a very calming effect. A worthwhile read and makes you see things only when you slow down.
