    Anyone who has read "Hog" from the same author will know what to expect and he doesn't disappoint. I buy my sausage skins from Turner and George and hadn't connected that the author was one of the partners, buying "Hog, from snout to squeak" on recommendation, I have become totally immersed in creating my own food and with superb results Much can be gained from this new book by re-visiting old, forgotten recipes and flavours from our youth. Young and old alike will be impressed, I promise! If you enjoyed "Hog", try this new book, you won't be disappointed.
