Must have for any mum to be
This book is amazing! It re programs your brain into feeling positive about birth. It takes every negative comment anyone has ever said about birth and changes your opinion. Really reassuring. Great book written by someone of this generation and not some preachy old lady from 50 years ago! Also love the visual birth plan it helps you create which also comes with a downloadable PDF of images which I didn't realise until I had the book. I'm pushing all my pregnant friends to go and buy it! Photo attached of the visual birth plan. I have made mine like this and printed it onto a4 paper for hospital as you can download the icons
