So absolutely interesting !
I bought this book because I was interested as to why they unfairly lost the royal warrant simply because they had upset the establishment in some petty protocol way. I thiink it it tragic for a business and a lady that had served the whole Royal Family so well for so many years. It must have been almost life changing and very upsetting for everyone in the company. I strongly suspect that none of the Royals were even consulted it was down to some underling in the warrant office. The book itself is so interesting and so well written that I literally couldn't put it down and I had a lazy day reading it cover to cover. And I'm a 74 year old man.
