    this cookbook has some great baking ideas in It. I have already made some of the recipes, the Vermont oatmeal maple- honey bread is great with its touch of cinnamon, it makes great toast and the pancake recipes were so good that my grandkids had me make 2 batches. this is a easy to follow cookbook great for beginner bakers or experienced. This was also a great bargain.
