Even if you never venture into cold shower/bath therapy, the breathing exercises in this book are a must to know.
This book and the Wim Hof Method is so important, WHM should be taught in schools and be treated as a normal thing that we, as humans, do everyday.
I just cannot comprehend why it receives so much cynicism. I've done the method for 5 weeks and feel so much stronger, energised and happier. Sometimes I still get sleepy during the day, but I believe it's more to do with whenever I eat a large amount of carbs.
Everyone at work, family and friends have had multiple colds since I started - I've not had a single one, when I know for a fact that usually I would have done by now.
My back and knee pain still persist, but I have faith this and yoga will work.
After 4 rounds of breathing exercises, I feel like I've had 10 mugs of espresso - I'm physically and mentally faster and more alert.
