    "Night Market" Thai Cookbook has a wide variety of recipes appropriate for casual social dining. The recipes are clearly explained; most of the ingredients are readily available, or are reasonably available in Asian or specialty markets in communities serving Southeast Asian populations. The price is great, and the book arrived almost overnight! Definitely worth it.
