Excellent first time read for this author
I have recently visited Rome and saw this book at the airport. As soon as I got back I ordered it and I am so glad I did. It is an excellent read for anyone who has been to Rome and can picture the streets that the author refers to. Short chapters going back and forward in time, brilliant! The past fills in the colourful detail of the life of one of the richest and luckiest girls and shows reality can be very different. A story of love, family and fortunes with a very clever ending.
