  • Interesting premise but outdated views

Disappointingly outdated. There is definitely some useful insight in there, but unfortunately some things do take away from it. It gives a very narrow-minded definition of pansexuality, and treats it as separate to other sexualities. There is some ableism scattered into the book, too. I didn't finish the book, so I can't say what the end is like. Overall, an interesting premise with some helpful insights (though all could be got elsewhere, particularly online, nowadays) but really tainted by some of the outdated views. I know the book originally came out quite some time ago, but given that this is the third edition, it should have been updated.
