Saw Nigella cooking a few of the recipes from this book on T.V and thought they looked delicious, fairly quick and simple (I can't be bothered with loads of ingredients and spending hours in the kitchen), so I bought the book. Have cooked a few of the recipes and they are quick and simple and taste divine, but oh so rich. Butter, cream, full fat milk. How Nigella managed to lose weight and keeps her new svelte figure is beyond me eating this food, my waist line certainly isn't decreasing. Lovely recipes for special occasions or for dinner parties, I could not eat this food everyday it's far to rich and calorific. Pleased with my purchase though and it was a very good price and a book which I will definatly use and not resign to the shelf to gather dust with the umpteen other cookery books I have.Read full review
