Compelling read
I enjoyed reading the Little book of Lykke (Which means happiness translated from Danish), it has an uplifting quality as it gives an insight into how the Danish live their lives and how they live in communities and help each other in ways for instance they grow food and share this between friends and neighbours. Helping other's in times of need is an endearing quality and living in a healthy environment gives a sense of happiness. A wonderful book which can be read again, I thought this book would be something I would give a relative for a present and thought this would be an apt choice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A Lovely Follow-Up To Hygge
A lovely follow up to Hygge, this book seeks to answer the question how the Danes end up so happy (World Happiness Report). I think it’s nice, it’s sort of a little too scientific for my liking but I have enjoyed both books anyway. You can get tips for how to incorporate more happiness into your life. The good thing about the scientificness is that all the suggestions have a basis in actual facts and you can trust that. I would recommend this book!
