Hears from a few people that this was decent book to read so I bought it. I was surprised how easy it was to read, straight talking and the stories from his career in the Navy Seals were interesting (the parachute one made me squirm a tad) I love how he has written it so you can clearly take the advice and mental strength tips he used in seal training and use them in day to day life. A great read, entertaining but I took so much from this that I have used in my own life and occasionally struggles. Highly recommend 👌
