This is hardly a cookbook. There is in fact only one recipe, for flax seed bread which she claims is perfect, nevertheless gives us revised versions. The rest is a fairly extreme version of a paleolithic diet involving large amounts of avocado, coconut oil, processed coconut yoghurt and lard.
I have been on a ketogenic diet for years and have resolved my T2 diabetes, retinopathy and weight without consuming any avocados or coconut oil. I was hoping for a few good new recipes. Very disappointing. I recommend the Caldesi cookbooks instead
