This book was purchased primarily to help someone close to myself that was needing a bit of help. I’d watched a few of the book launch programmes online regarding the book and was incredibly impressed by the level of content covered. The book itself easily lives up to that launch. Well written and in the easy writing style associated with Brand. The book itself is based on the 12 Step Programme used by the AA - this technique however is not only to do with alcohol or drugs, but in fact anything in life that can be seen as a habit. The person I got it for was suffering from social anxiety issues, though the contents fitted perfectly into the persmaters of what she was experiencing. I also liked the fact it offered ongoing help and a perspective that had ongoing help at its core. It most definitely worked for the person in my life who I got it for and would imagine it’s honest open approach will go down well with many peolple. Couldn’t recommend it high enough.
