I’ve listened to it as an audio book 3 times now and wanted a physical copy, so I could look at the pics and mark certain places, for example, the chapter where she writes about taking your self worth from yourself, not from the outside world or others. This chapter really spoke to me. More power to your elbow Sarah Millican! You are Champion.

I am a huge Sarah Millican fan and I love her stand up work and radio and TV work and upon reading the reviews for this book I naturally went ahead and bought it and I don't know if it's just me, but I just didn't like it. Obviously this opinion is subjective, but for me it just didn't hit the mark. I really struggled with it and have failed to get half way through it. However I gave it to a friend and they loved it! So it really is just down to personal taste.

My Daughter is just found Sarah after I was watching one of her shows, so much so she wanted to know more about Sarah, she's hasn't stopped laughing from opening the book so much so crying in laughter. Tjebook would have been worth it at 3 times the price, it's just what this world needs a lot more laughter, buy it you won't be disappointed I have seen a couple of shows and I will be reading after my daughter
