Brabantia - says it all, really
Top quality. I bought two of these short turners - I have two of the long Brabantia turners but rarely use either as I prefer these shorter one. Very firm build so I feel I have more control, and although the spatula is narrow, I can turn anything from a bit of mince to eggs to pancakes to burgers. Perfect small spatuta
This is the perfect sized small spatula and is ideal for those tiny one egg frying pans, where it is difficult to use a full sized spatula. Our first one is years old, has been used almost daily and been through the dishwasher so many times, that we have lost count - yet it is still in excellent condition. Small but Mighty
This is my go to favourite utensil. smaller than a conventional turner it is easy to handle in the smallest frying pan, but large enough to turn, flip, stir or slice food whilst cooking. The nylon won't stand up to the highest temperatures if left on the hob, or exposed to naked flames, but if your are prudent this spatula will last you many years of good service as mine have.
