Second in seven years. I recommend highly.
I have just rebought this item having had my last one forever. Really good for waxing small areas, such as underarms, bikini (hollywood) and upper lips, although the listing says not for these areas. Requires some experience to use. But good results when you know what to do. Definitely no good for big areas like legs. You need strip wax for those areas. The only down side is it is difficult to clean, and so I never empty the wax out, just melt in new wax each time. Also wax isn't environmentally friendly but that's your decision at the end of the day.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The product is awful. You can not get a full strip of wax down your leg to be able to do the waxing motion as described in the instructions. The product looks nice and comes well packaged however the function it is actually supposed to complete, it is not able to do. Works well on small areas
It’s great on small areas, so bikini line basically! I haven’t got the patience to do my legs with it, because as soon as you have a wax strip bigger than 3inchX2.5inch it doesn’t rip off properly. Temperature is spot on, no waiting time for it to dry on the skin before you’re good to go, just make sure you apply the was in a thick layer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not impressed
Not happy at all. It took ages for the wax heater to heat up and melt the wax disc. Apllication was ok but hair didn't come out well. It still feels rough on the skin even after use.
