Not a direct replacement, but functional once you've mastered it.
This was bought to replace a Honeywell unit with LCD issues. Although functional, it is not as intuitive as the one it's replacing, and the user information is just a group of pictures which are not particularly well put together in my opinion, but that seems to be the way these days. It doesn't have the 'holiday' function (or I haven't found it yet), but does change the clock setting with the seasons. It has 4 periods per day, and 7 days or 5+2. ( or individually program anything you want!) It doesn't have a button which lights the LCD without altering what is displayed, so in order to see the time you have to light it up somehow. All in all, it does what it says on the tin, and we now wait to see if it develops any long-term problems with the display. Maybe also worth mentioning that it doesn't fit the backplate from the old controller, so you do need a screwdriver to fit it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Programmer with easy to use instructions
The Honeywell CM907 Programmable Thermostat was a replacement for my old Honeywell CM97. It was extremely easy to replace with the size of the programmer fixing holes being in the same place, which is usually a problem, plus the two electrical connections again were identical. This is a simple job to do for any DIYER. The programmer itself is easy to program with good instructions. It looks good and does the job, what more can you ask.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
