It seems very effective, but there isn't enough of it to to take over a periiod of 8-10 days or so. If you're struggling to combat a recurring uretha tract infection you need more than what was in the container I received, which was only half full, so you thought you were getting a full container but in fact it is only half full. I've had to ask my daughter in America to bulk-buy ((250g) D-Mannose and post to me.
