I Highly Recommend Duro-Med 4" Raised Toilet Seat Cushion!
I was able to purchase my item for the great deal of $22.99 including shipping so I advise everyone to shop around for the best price. There is no difference between the items, all are Made In China Imported. Work best with an open front seat rather than the small round circular ones. I have low back problems and this product has really been a blessing but the heavier you weigh the quicker you will need to order another. There is only so many times the foam cushion can go up and down or so many hours you can actually sit on it. Dont bother! HUGE waste of money!
I bought this because I have been diagnosed with piriformis syndrome and have terrible sciatic pain on my right side. Im only 42 and can barely move. I bought this because sitting on the toilet seat is very painful. 1. The opening is VERY small 2. It does not fit that great 3. My feet dont touch the ground once this is attached (Im 5'4") 4. It sort of pushes your whole body forward causing bad posture 5. It squishes down to about 2" when sitting on it (just an fyi) 6. It only has 4 "straps" to attach to seat and they are all on the sides. None in back/rear so it wants to slide forward HUGE waste of money!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I have been trying to get a pressure sore to heal for months, that just happens to be where the edge of the toilet seat hits. I also have IBS which sometimes requires long periods of time spent sitting there which would open it back up almost as soon as the surface would heal. The foam is very soft and comfortable. It might be too soft if you are overweight, and definitely too soft if you are obese. I like the soft vinyl covering. It is much nicer than what I expected.
