GREAT SELFIE CAMERA That Does What It Should!
This thing is SO cool. Just pull it out, open out the props, turn on, place on flat surface, open the app, press and hold the take-off button to 'arm', and OFF YOU GO with a tap! There is not a dedicated controller. You use the app that you download. But it is easy to figure out and use. Really. This thing only uses video. After all, it is a SELFIE drone. If you want audio, just run a decent audio device while filming and then do the edit thing. Seriously, I LOVE the 'flitt'. And it does what it should. It will maintain it's position, even in light winds, and it STAYS pointed where you want it. It uses a downward facing camera for stability, which works best when the surface is nice and flat/even; not so much in a room full of different height boxes and clutter. Good for the price, short battery life.
This product is barely adequate mainly due to the very short battery life. Other than that, it works pretty well. The documentation is a bit lacking, but that is to be expected with an inexpensive Chinese product. Since this company has gone out of business, I bought this product so I would have a good supply of spare parts and a second battery. If you do purchase this product, do yourself a favor and buy two. At the current price (25% of the original price), it's not a bad deal. Your personal selfie drone.
As long as you let the person know or you buy it knowing that it's for selfies the battery usually last for about 9 minutes but if you know what your doing you could take lots of videos and selfies with that time . Takes about an hour to recharge but again it's worth every penny. I would recommend first download the application to your phone then the rest is self-explanatory very easy after you download the app. I also watched a couple of videos on YouTube that really helped me before I used this drone. Again every minute counts so the matching know before you start the easier it's going to be and faster and more videos and pictures you will be able to take.
