G-tech drive gear
Seems to be doing the job. This is the second one of these I've bought, although this is the first from this company and is much cheaper. I've needed to add a shim to ensure the cog engages fully, though this is more a problem with the housing rather than this item.

Gtech replacement cog
Bought this to replace the silly nylon cog used by gtech in their vacuum! 1 year later still going strong ! Why didn’t manufacturers make them like this to start with ??

Steel drive better than plastic
This is the second item I have had to purchase as my vacuum does eat these. This one is made from cast steel so hopefully it will not shred it’s gears. I am hoping it does not cause damage elsewhere when the roller gets stuck.
