High Peak mode enhances the bottom end and, as you increase the distortion with the Drive knob, it also slightly boosts the high-mid range (around 3.5KHz).

Powerful little drive pedal
This is a decent little pedal if you're after a space-saving drive effect that really cranks the amp. Solid on it's own to crank the amp into breakup, or as a clean(ish) boost for solo punch. Modelled on the Fulltone OCD of which it matches to tone pretty accurately, albeit a little more toppy. I run my effects through the clean channel on a Marshall JVC 2000 DSL / 4x12 B cab, and it sounds epic. Well worth it for the price.
