One of the best purchases ever.
Biggest reason I bought it was cuz of the great reviews, but when I got it I started playing around with it and boy oh boy there are so many different ways to use this thing. I had to learn to work in a whole different way; and I mean that in a good way. Not only does it hold your work solidly in place I took a piece of plywood about 24"x 14" and fixated a bench grinder and a vise to it locked in the jaws and I have a mobile work station. You can create multiple boards like this and have an endless array of swappable work station boards. This works great for someone with limited floor space especially. I use it about 90% of the time and for me I wish I had this thing year's ago would have saved a lot of stress and head aches.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good design, many uses.
Very strong clamp! Steel construction. Over the years I have found that you have to make balance between durability for portability. This clamp is no different. I would not want any more weight built into the unit and it still has great clamping force. They make stronger clamps but this one meets my needs. I could see owning 2 of them.
