takes over a hour to install - once installed, takes over a minute to start the program, menus are confusing - years ago I had a older version and it worked fine and it was intuitive, the new version, not so - but I am not sure if there is a easier alternative; after I installed the program, many art graphics would not work, had to email support who told me I needed to update java - seems to me simple that the program would ask you; "do you want to update now"? - seems like this is only game in town, so have to useVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is the worst printmaster yet. Version 17 and 18 were far better programs than this one. This one is difficult to use and the icons are not good.
