Great for animal hair on small hard surface areas
While this product does not have the size or power to be the primary cleaning tool in my house, I purchased it for use in smaller rooms and hallways with hard surface floors. In this role, it functions admirably. The cleaning head is too small and the suction inadequate for a large carpeted area but for hard floors it works perfectly picking up dust and animal hair (two large dogs and three long haired cats) with ease. Battery life has been more than sufficient for my needs and the charging station is convenient. My only complaint there is the crevice tool jutting out a foot horizontally. Fair value but could be stronger suction.
I expected a little better suction, so if you are looking for a strong suction device, you should upgrade. Otherwise, fair value for the money. It does work as advertised. It charges right up and has plenty of power time for every job I have used it on. The mount on the wall is simple, 4 screws included. The parts fit could be better, my clumsy hands have a little trouble making a tight connect with the different tools supplied. Mine came with a power floor brush - works great, but may offer high maintenance to clean periodically. The long pipe is the right length. The crevice tool and brush tool are fine. Using it as a hand vacuum is a little clumsy but very successful. Good buy. I will enjoy continuing to use it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good vacuum for the price would not recommend on shag carpeting
Works very well on wood and tile floors, carpeting not so well, I think it would be better with a brush head. I do like the no tangle head on it, a little smaller then what I had before. I only use on HI power and it last the entire cleaning of the house and charges pretty fast. Very light and love the attachments and the versatility of them. if I need a little more power on thicker carpet I shorten the extension tube. Good vacuum, terrible mounting bracket.
Very light and easy to handle. Black motor housing very easily marks wall if not careful though. The wall bracket is terrible. It has 4 screws, none of which is in a vertical line. You will only be able to put one screw into a stud. I mounted it on wood and then securely attached the wood to a stud with 3 screws. In addition, the bracket has the accessories sticking straight out. They are sure to get in the way and interfere with removing vacuum from bracket. I put 2 long nails into my wood that I used for mounting and have them pointing straight up. Poor engineering with mounting bracket.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Powerful little vacuum
Powerful little vacuum with many accessories and I like the light. I'm not sure about the battery life yet, it has run out of battery power a couple times and I thought it was plugged in and charging but maybe it wasn't charging.
