So far, so good
I have only used this a couple of times, and so far, so good, Light weight and convenient. Easy to load and easy to switch heads. The controls are fairly intuitive and ergonomic. A real bonus is that it uses the same WORX 20V battery pack used by my trimmer and edger, always charged up! The built in tork control is very convenient and very useful. Frustrating purchase
The drill is in excellent condition, but I'm unable to see if it works as yet. Despite having numerous different worxs products (i.e drills, saws and gardening tools) none of the batteries are compatible to this drill. I have tried a few different websites to see if I can purchase one, but up too now have had no success. Ironically and frustratingly in with the drill was a leaflet advertising the power sharing advantages of the worx batteries

Best drill ever!
I use this more than any drill around the house and I own many drills. This is the most convenient drill I have ever used. I could be a sales person for this drill because I believe in this product so much. I have given these as gifts and everyone loves them. Also, I have dropped it a couple times with no issues. brilliant concept but lite weight solid state component construction
worked great right up until it quit. seems like the electrics aren't up to the demands that the mechanical components are capable of handling. primary use was drilling and setting deck screws. the speed control and current/torque control components became intermittent after a few hundred screws were set, so the trigger became random to the next operation. finally, no amount of trigger operation would cause the drill to operate.....it was dead. the led would blink like the bat was discharged, even with a freshly charged batter installed. finally contacted worx customer service and they replaced it with a new one. great customer support.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good for my needs
This is not a power drill that I’d count on for heavy-duty use. For the average DIYer it seems adequate. It appears to have enough power to get the job done. The dual chucks are a definite time-saver & convenience. It’s light weight which is a real plus for an older female like me. Worx Cordless Switchddriver is a Neat concept
I like this tool, the concept is great. I am forever swapping a drill bit for a screwdriver bit, usually using one of those quick change devices, but this method really is great. Slide the "clutch" and rotate the head and you're ready to go. This drill is also reversable and multiple speed. I already had a couple of batteries for this unit which was bought without battery or charger. Was Very Impressed! Great Cordless Drill and Driver!
I find myself using this tool over and over when doing projects. It truly saves a ton of time not having to switch back and forth between drill bits and drivers. When working on decks and other projects, it is a life saved and surprisingly powerful and lasts a long time. Get a backup battery but it really does last a long time.
