Good quality.
I believe the Moentrol to be the best valve out there for cost, ease of use, versatility, and maintenance. I read bad reviews about how the handle is hard to install. There's locktite on the screw that makes it hard to turn. Just scrape it off, and install it. The Kingsley faceplate and handle are chrome. Not plastic.
