Trying it out!
I have been suffering from terrible insomnia for a whole year now and also suffer from hypothyroidism so I thought I would try out the Hemp Oil Capsules. I have been taking them for 7 days now and have started to feel a lot less fatigued and am sleeping slightly better and actually dreaming which I haven’t been able to do for months as when I did sleep it was just a light sleep before. It is early days so I don’t know if it is helping my thyroid problem but am optimistic. I thought I would try the 300mg first then maybe go onto the 1,000mg strength.
