Great replacement product, but not an easy fix on an IDV75
Bought this product to replace a drum bearing and shaft that had worn over time. I checked the make and model against the advertised product and purchased. I was expecting a simple like for like replacement but this isn't the case. The part I was replacing wasn't secured by screws, which were supplied in the kit, it was held on with rivets which had to be drilled out first. I then had to drill holes into the drum to match the replacement shaft assembly. Don't get me wrong I didn't find this much of a problem, it maybe took me 5-10 mins to do, but I'd like to think I'm reasonably efficient at DIY, and I fortunately had all the equipment to hand. Someone who didn't have the equipment or know how, may have struggled with the process. The reason I'm putting this is the kit itself is great so I gave it 5 stars, however i think it should've been made known in the description that a small amount of drilling etc is required, just to make people aware. Hope this review helps.
