Some handy tools, but pay more for a better set
Handy tool kit with several useful and effective tools - the tools for opening snap back cases, tweezers, pin removal tool. A selection of link/strap pins. The case clamp is too shallow to grip anything other than a thin watch. The tool for unscrewing case backs is very poor. Some of the threaded pegs are the wrong size. There's a selection of different pegs but none have been able to open the back of a watch with shallow notches. The tool itself doesn't tighten sufficiently to get purchase on a stubborn case. The case is good and was a feature that helped me choose this product over similar sets without cases. Overall, the items in the set that work are probably worth the price, as this was a very cheap set, but I wish I'd spent more on a better quality outfit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheaply made but functional
I bought this to adjust my watch strap, and wanted a case with it. There are numerous smaller kits coming in blister packaging, but I have bought these in the past and they become an issue for keeping everything together. The wallet/case scores well. I only used the strap dismantling tool (no idea the correct name) and it worked well, although the push pin was already bent slightly upon opening. It did the job well. I have no idea what all the other tools do. There were some spare parts which I guess would not fit all watch straps, but useful if they do. Overall a versatile kit, if I wanted to earn some money resizing metal watch bracelets, this kit would do the job without costing the earth.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

REPAIRANDREPLACABILITY IN ONE
Purchased this set recently, and it has been a godsend-saves me e.g. having to travel to watch repairers to replace batteries in my quartz watches. Nice sturdy carrying case, tools are sturdy, lightweight, and easy to use- unfortunately did not come with any instructions. You get what you pay for, useful but cheap
Cheap kit and it shows, threads are badly machined on back removal tool so one position can't be fully screwed in which is a pain but it can still be used. Screwdrivers and pin extractors are soft and won't last more than a couple of jobs At the end of the day though, it's super cheap, and if you're just doing a couple of jobs on cheap watches it'll pay for itself in no time.
