Good nights sleep.
Due to poor quality sound proofing, new build, obviously UK building regulations do not give adequate sound proofing. Now moved into an old building witth the same issue !!So, my need for earplugs. I have been using this brand for over a year, every night. I can say I have never slept so well. The odd loud bang can be heard, and a loud male voice. But overall I would give them 10 out of 10. I cut each one in half, roll in a ball and I get up to 4 night out of these. Using an the last empty box to put them seperate from the others. Not for everyone
I'll start by saying these came recommended by a work colleague. Unfortunately, they did nothing for me. I've always preferred sponge buds to formed gel buds and i found these uncomfortable after an hour. If they made a significant difference to the sound i might have tried to persevere with them but they only muffled all the sounds a little, just like the soft foam ones. Blocks unwanted noise

Don't even work
I bought these as I wanted something that help so I don't have to hear my brother snoring whist on holiday. Followed all the instructions and yet, they where taking no affect what so ever.
