This product was excellent for the first 6 times or so, but then I found that it wasn't retaining its heat very well. You are supposed to put it over your eyes for ten minutes, but I find that by 5 minutes the heat has gone now. This superb eyepad does exactly what it says on the packet.
I confess that I did look around having had an MGF pad previously. This was slightly less expensive than the latter pad and I thought I would take a chance on it. I am very glad I did because, after really quick delivery, it has turned out to be absolutely equal, if not slightly superior, to my original pad. This new eye mask includes an adjustable strap to hold the pad securely on the eyes, and there are plenty of flax granules inside the pad, which heats up in around 1 minute in the microwave and retains a reasonable amount of heat for over 5 minutes. Relieves my dry eyes somewhat

This eye mask is so soothing and relaxing on your eyes, also in my opinion, if you suffer from headaches this mask will alleviate the condition. So easy to use, just heat in microwave for 30-40 seconds, if it is too hot, you will be able to tell, just let it cool a while before placing over the eyes. a fair price for good product
I have bletharitis and need to hot compress my eyelids twice daily and find the mask after using it for few weeks once a day sufficient to keep my eyes infection free. I do find the recommended 30 seconds not long enough so I set it for 1 minute in microwave and that keeps its temperature enough for ten minutes on lids.
