Fantastic Product
I have always used Fire Angel as its such a good product. After my current one stopped working (its quite old now) I was delighted to find that they had one that could be used as a replacement and I could just attach to the existing bracket already on the ceiling. It was as easy as changing the battery - only now I don't have to worry about that because there is an integral battery with a 10 year life. At last
Nothing wrong with the alarm but delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Due to flimsy, inadequate packaging the first replacement had been removed and replaced with some health tablets. The second replacement was packed shoddily allowing it to be damaged and although the third one was ok it was still not packed as securely as expected. I was not told at source that the model to be replaced was not available so a different model was sent. It feels inferior but hopefully it works as well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Was very easy to swap with my old one . I was very careful to check I had the correct one though. I’d suggest that you do the same.Thanks me will tell as to where h quality.
