Great investment !
First off, I got this machine to allow me speed up my prototyping of my product packages. it did not disappoint. it can cut paper, and can score folding lines, it creates perfect curves, and they're all repeatable which is important to me for low volume production. This is my first CNC machine / paper cutter and it took me at least 2 days to understand it's functions and create things out of it, thanks to the online videos of the large user base of cricut. If you are familiar with graphics design, you won't really need a Cricut Access subscription. otherwise, you need one and it's worth it. The software called Desugn Space is easy to use, but it takes some time to get used to it if you have no knowledge about Autocad or graphics design. It's user friendly and it can do a lot of stuff.
This is a great investment. Check out the finish product prototypes we created which we happily shared with our contractor for mass production.
