Excellent, gorgeous, well-built product, a pleasure.
The quality is superb. You need a good grinder but when you play around with the grind and the strength on the machine. The coffee pot dribbles if you are not careful, but it's not hard to be careful. If not this, then I would have gone to a Jura or like machine; more complicated, likely to jam or break, tidier maybe but more complicated.Imagine having to call a big brand service line! Ouch. We bought 2. One is awesome. Love it. This one I found the filter stem to close clip broken. They offered $100 off. I accepted. Then later I found the slide for the filter does not open all the way. Beautirul and great coffee!
This coffee maker was recommended to me, so I bought it after some long, hard thought. It is very spendy but after using it for 1-2 weeks I would say it makes great coffee. I hope it is a "lifer".
