It's a good quality scooter and I like it a lot. The app is a bit rubbish, as others have commented on, but it works and connects to the scooter each time (eventually). The only caveat I would offer is that a lot of paths and roads are quite rough here in the UK. My knees were hurting and I couldn't figure out why. Let's just say it isn't good pot holes or cracks in the pavement at full speed. One should really drop one's stance so that the relaxed posture/stance will absorb some of the shock when riding. I've been looking into getting air-filled tyres for it but I haven't had much luck yet - found tyres and inner tubes but the wheel also needs to be replaced, as far as I can tell and I haven't yet found a supplier for these.

So at first, when I got this scooter, it was great! It rode well & all of the good reviews matched the product until... The first thing I noticed about a week or two in was the bars drifting out of line whenever I would go over bumps (I live in a rurtal area so most paths are bumpy and rocky). I thought nothing of it until it became progressively looser everytime I rode which made me tighten the clamp. Nothing. Then I tightened the compression system and it worked! For about 3/4 days then it started happening again to which I just left it due to it breaking (a few days ago). And the second thing is that the folder would just not close, it became stuck and I couldn’t close it for about a week but here’s the main problem. So I was riding to my cousins house and when I get off to fold it, it folds extremely easily so i think “hmm that’s weird” I look down to see the bolt in the red clamp missing and the little red clamp falls into my hand, I then couldn’t find whatever fell out so i assumed the seller would send a replacement... Lol. About 20 minutes ago I decided to look closer to see which screw I could use but again, to my suprise, more problems. The reason the screw came out in the first place was because the metal surrounding the screw was cracked and split quite wide which I think was due to going over split concrete etc but they should at least mention before you buy that it can happen so you can be wary. I was provided an email earlier on in the month to send my first set of problems however I didn’t and decided this time I needed an answer. Nothing. I sent the first email 2/3 days ago and have heard nothing. I sent an email about 20 minutes ago and a message to the seller but I doubt I will hear anything back. I cant Gorilla Glue the scooter upright because the bars go out of line and i wouldnt be able to access bolt to fix it & I can’t get hold of anyone here so I feel like a mug. It was a great product but it’s had too many problems, especially with this break. I’m down a scooter due to something I wasn’t warned about and £275 out of pocket LOL. Buy at your own risk, It’s good but you should know how to fix things like this before otherwise you will be like me. Read full review

Really happy with it really smooth ride nice bit of power when you need it.And because it's my first scooter the guys were really helpful after I bought it with help and advice. There is really good supporting app which connects to the scooter by Bluetooth which gives you all the information about what's going on with battery ,mileage ,speeds etc Would highly recommend

This isn’t the cheapest scooter out there however for the extra features: better waterproof rating Good incline management The inclusive app Not to mention the build quality ans ease of use I think it’s totally worth it. My husband uses it to commute to work and it’s brilliant.
