Time to upgrade
I had used Corel Print house for years for creating custom model car graphics. As we all know it is getting long in tooth and requires a Windows XP computer to run Print house and uses .cph files. Well I finally took the leap at Corel's recommendation and found Corel Draw X8 is a great substitute for my old standby program. It operates and navigates very similar so the learning curve is fast. Of course it is more complicated with many more features which I am liking. Good application with a few bugs
Good price for the CorelDRAW X8 software. Installation was easy. I'm surprised that there are bugs in the software that cause it to crash. This is a commercially produced program that has been on the market for many years. If you try to open or import certain file types (types that appear to be supported) the application will crash. Screen rendering sometimes goes beserk, requiring an image resizing to correct itself. Otherwise, I am enjoying learning the software.
