Love this Product
I use my Muse daily and it has made a significant improvement in my mediation practice. It is very easy to use and I find it accurate. There is a lag time on the feedback that you need to get used to. If I lost my Muse, I would order a replacement immediately. Check out the Muse website . You can see technical papers written on the device, where professionals use it and the software is open sourced so other developers can write applications for it. Prior to using Muse, I worked with both the Stress Eraser and HeartMath’s EM Wave, so I didn’t know what to expect. Have to say that I am pleasantly surprised 😲! Overall, you ease into the practice with a 10-step introduction which helps you get acclimated. Along the way, there is positive reinforcement with the meditation awards and you see your calm and recovery points which gives you a total score. The only drawback was the fact that it didn’t come with any instructions or setting up the device.
