    Sciatica sufferer and this helps!

    I am disabled with severe sciatica so cant sit properly for weeks, I thought id try this type of cushion and I must say, it does work! Now I can sit without too much pain. Even if it is for short times, its better then laying down constantly. The curvatures and features of this seat do actually make a difference aswell. It takes most of the pressure off the bottom of my spine and supports my hips and legs. I know there a lot of cheaper versions of this cushion but I wasn't going to take the risk to see if cheap is better.. as its my health involved and im happy to say this cushion is A ok. In fact its works good enough for me to sit and write this review.

    Bliss for my Coccyx

    Very comfortable for my sensitive coccyx area due to memory foam. I have one in the car, settee and dining chair. If l dont use it, my coccyx becomes more and more painful over time due to hard chairs and posture is not as good without it. I would say persevere using it as you may not feel the benefit straight away, but should make a difference after a few days to a week. Great that it's got a little cylindrical travel bag it folds into.
