No mixing gas and no pulling to start.
I got so tired of chain saw gas engines not starting or taking dozens of pulls to start, then not starting again after stopping,etc. This is a powerful chain saw that starts every time. Just push the button and pull the trigger. I have used it to cut up a tree that was 14 to 16 inch in diameter and it made a good 10 to 12 cuts before needing a recharge. Charging is fast once the battery cools down. Total recharge time is maybe 45 to 60 minutes. I may get a second battery if i need to do more cutting than i have so far. It's not for a professional tree cutter but for me to cut an occasional small tree or some limbs it is great. Exceptional Product
Pleasantly surprised by the power. The weight and balance is very good. Always had bad luck mechanically with gas powered products and corded products were never convenient when not close to a power source. This battery powered chainsaw is an ideal alternative.
