Arrived in great time and was easy enough to assemble. Found I had to wait a little longer than stated for the steam pressure. As its new to me have not tried all aspects yet but will comment on other features later. An excellent cleaning tool
I have recently used the steamer to clean wall cupboards using the hand held unit and it made light work of removing surface grime.
