All natural with honey
Really appreciate the short, natural list of ingredients rather than lots of additives. I'm sensitive to Stevia and other sweeteners so real bonus that Almased is sweetened with honey. Did find the shake a bit coarse and clumpy but the naturalness fo product outweighs this issue. I enjoyed it best made up with fruit juice - improved the taste and less heavy than adding milk.

I bought this being curious what all the fuss was about plus being January the whole world likes to try new diets.! I must say delivery was super fast and prompt. The powder mixes very well without lumps (I didn't purchase the shaker as had my own). I would recommend this to anyone looking for meal replacement drinks without the hassle of lumps and good results without training. Top tip I did add a little desiccated coconut for a little twist.

It really does what it claims to do!
This product helped me lose weight but I stuck to the plan rigorously! Took a while to get used to just how sweet it tasted so experimented with flavours.I found that coconut milk and grated connamon worked well for me for the 3 weeks of using it daily. Wish Almased did a savoury version. It is expensive so needs to be used exactly as the plan states or you could be wasting money.
