It's the oly product that works for me. Have managed to lose 20kg+. Am diabetic so it hugely reduced my insulin intake. Just need to persevere with it.

All natural with honey
Really appreciate the short, natural list of ingredients rather than lots of additives. I'm sensitive to Stevia and other sweeteners so real bonus that Almased is sweetened with honey. Did find the shake a bit coarse and clumpy but the naturalness fo product outweighs this issue. I enjoyed it best made up with fruit juice - improved the taste and less heavy than adding milk.

I use this with almond milk tastes creamy been using it to replace morning and lunch, then have a meal for tea, so far lost a bit of weight. So getting there, I personally do like it. Would recommend it.

I bought this being curious what all the fuss was about plus being January the whole world likes to try new diets.! I must say delivery was super fast and prompt. The powder mixes very well without lumps (I didn't purchase the shaker as had my own). I would recommend this to anyone looking for meal replacement drinks without the hassle of lumps and good results without training. Top tip I did add a little desiccated coconut for a little twist.
