Special cake baking.
Very moist, delicious treat for an afternoon tea. Easy to make by just adding water and 3 eggs then using an electric hand whisk it can be made in no time at all. Makes a nice and large cake also for someone's birthday, then can be iced with your choice of frosting and/or strawberry jam.
