Ease of use
These eyelets are the best thing since sliced bread. They are so easy to use and leave a very tidy finish. Not just for tarpaulin!
Easy to use and does exactly what it is designed to do. I needed them to hang a photo background made of light cotton and these worked wonderfully, I just needed to fold the material a few times to make it thick enough for the eyelets to get a good grip. Overcame my hang ups
The last storm was so severe a number of brass eyelets were torn out. I figured I needed closer spacing to prevent this happening again. These have allowed me to position the eyelets exactly where I need them rather than at set intervals. Being heavy duty plastic there won’t be any corrosion issues either. Tarp/Groundsheet Eyelets..
Decided to buy these to modify a modern style car cover which was a loose fit on my old 'classic' car which i've had to park outside my garage temporarily. The elasticated hem would not hold it in place on the car if any breeze was about..these looked exactly what I was looking for..For the price per pack, I bought two packs to space them around the cover just above the hem and secure it to the car with a few bungie cords. The eyelets clipped onto the thin cover perfectly. Although the cover is for internal use, it should last ok for the couple of weeks or so until I can get the car back into the garage. Good value (cost v qty) and easy to use. Because I had one I used a G- clamp as a method of pressing the two part of the eyelet together. I think the pressure required will depend on the thickness of the material you are attaching the eyelet to - allowing the eyelet should be added to a folded (double thickness) edge for best strength.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to use and made perfect repair
I found these good quality and easy to use. I only needed one to make the perfect repair on our camper van's windscreen cover where one of the original metal rivets had pulled through. These grommets are wider than the original rivets and so easily covered the frayed material.
