The Genuine replacement part at half the dealers retail price
My Renault Scenic Mk111 was experiencing engine management warnings on the dashboard telling me to check anti pollution system, check fuel injection system and rather weirdly, check speed limiter and cruise control. This happened every time I used the car, and despite having a hand held diagnostic gadget in my car and continually erasing the warnings, they just kept coming back. The local Renault dealer quoted me £85 to plug in and check the cause of the fault, and a further £295 to supply the EGR flap valve plus £60 to fit it. I chose to search E bay for the part and came up with this one priced just £150. On arrival it was fitted by a non Renault service station for £40 plus vat Incredibly, the branding on this replacement part was exactly the same as the Manufactures original. Once fitted, my problems went away and the warnings ceased.By using E bay and the Renault supplier web site I have the same end product at less than half the price of a franchised dealer fitting.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
