A terrible produce that after finally getting it attached, proved dangerous and could of had serious implications had i of not used it on a quiet village road. The arm swings out, this resulted in my daughter ending up on the road on her side. The car behind was going slow fortunately and stopped. Another cyclist came over and said he had the same problem a few years before and that he removed it instantly. Seriously dangerous and would not recommend this product to anyone.

The design of this thing is good. It feels solid and could probably (I've not tried yet) tow a car. It is rather heavy for it's purpose and overly complex to install. The instructions are simply awful. Statements like "bolt D in hole C" when nothing is labelled or easily identifiable. There is a video on you tube from another owner which helped with assembly. While the device can be removed without tools during a ride, it's not that quick and somewhat cumbersome. In order to remove the child's bike and stow the device on lead cycle. You must completely remove two bolts. Which give opportunity to loosing nuts and washers easily if dropped. Overall, The idea is fantastic. But execution could be better. This may seem like a negative review. However, I would recommend this device.

We had a great time. I recommend to do few rides and learn how to use it. It tends to incline towards the left or the right and it is better to learn how to fix this quickly and have a great ride with your kid. Don’t ride with the item inclined!
