This has been a huge disappointment
Having been, initially, thrilled with the stability of this product we are now so so disappointed . Both front wheels have had broken bearings .To replace them was found to be very difficult as the size was not available in Uk so a specialist bearings company did their best in constructing a replacement . Having contacted Ebay and the manufacturer (no help at all) we have a defective rollator about 5 months after purchase and don't know how to get a replacement , Do not buy this product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This device is very stable and ideal for outdoor use. It’s a bit too big to be convenient indoors. I like the ease of adjustment for handle height. The brakes are very positive and easy to lock, though the brake levers are a long way down when locked so you need long fingers to release them. There is a zipped basket at the front but I think you would be able to access it more easily from round the front of the walker rather the ‘driving’ position.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

the folding mechanism is much easier, the internal brake cords mean cabbies can no longer mangle the brakes, it feels lighter but more stable [l am at the heavy end ;) ] my partner says it is much easier to fit in her bijou car, the wheels are bigger and make going over bumpy ground easier.
