This is better than some I have tried as it helps for short periods of time.
This is better than some I have tried, but for me, I find it just a bit thick because when in my car I have to push the seat as far back as it will go and still it is a bit cramped. Best money I ever spent!
The seats on my kangoo van had absolutely no lumbar support and it felt like I had a hollow at the base of my back, not the best!
